All items are handmade and made to order. Because each sweatshirt is personalized with names, numbers, or custom details, all custom orders are final sale. Please double‑check all spelling, numbers, and size selections before submitting your order.

Our products are crafted by hand. • Production Time: 5–10 business days • Production times may extend during holidays, high‑volume seasons, or due to supply delays.

• Orders ship after production is complete. • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Because all items are custom, returns and refunds are not accepted. However, if there is an error on our end (wrong name/number, misprint, or defective item), we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

Size charts are provided to help you choose the best fit. We cannot offer exchanges for sizing issues on custom items, so please review measurements carefully.
